About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, self-motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our e bike team. A successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing them with excellent customer service and assisting them with their shopping and renting experience.
Responsibilities:
Have knowledge and understanding of the company's retail merchandise.
Be able to interact with different communities of people with different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Interact with customers to answer product and service questions and to request customer input on products and services that could be improved.
Provide good customer service.
Use technology to answer customer questions and fulfill customer requests.
Maintain a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult people or situations.
Anticipate what customers will buy before they buy it.
Previous experience or skills with bike is a plus.
Requirements
Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred), Retail 1 year (Preferred)
Must be able to work weekends
Work Location: In person

Electric Spinz is family owned and was established in 2020 to spread the word about electric bicycles in Tampa Bay and help more people enjoy the outdoors. We offer rentals for entry level bike riders 16 years of age or older. Our pedal assist E-Bikes allow you to travel more miles, see new sights and visit different places across Tampa Bay.
